There may be some personal data collected in different circumstances for different things, but it will only be for stated purposes won't ever be sold. Here are the specifics:
Software - General
Any software that collects any person-specific data will be explicitly explained
Student Discombobulator: The current version doesn't harvest data in any way. It may store some of your own personal data that is only for your own use, but that will be local to you. It is not harvested and we won't know what it is
Website: The website and associated software will only store data that is essentially for your own use if you revisit. If you request information, we may store what you've requested and bought from us, so that we may send you occasional emails with relevant information and promotions, that you can unsubscribe from at any time. Data from individual orders would be held only for as long as necessary and in a secure fashion and archived as soon as possible. Any data from custom orders would normally be stored offline and connected only to order details by some linking code number for anonymity.
Medical trials: If you take part in a formally-defined medical trial, that will involve storing and publishing personal and possibly quite intimate data. That will be stored offline in an industry-standard manner suitable for both data protection and preparation of evidence for publication and examination by suitable authorities. The publication of such data will normally be aggregated and categorised such that individuals are not identifiable. Any intimate photographs that are published would be done so anonymously on on the terms on which the photographs were originally provided.
